Life Long Brotherhood.While each brother of Theta Chi comes from a unique and diverse background, we all share the common thread of brotherhood. Brother is much more than a friendship or connection with another person who wears the same letters as you, it is a lasting bond.
Our brotherhood manifests itself in many different ways. During the year we have planned brotherhood activities such as tailgate events, camping trips, and poker nights that not only help us to grow closer, but are also a fun break from the rigors of school. We try to plan one big brotherhood event or retreat every year. Aside from planned brotherhood activities we also engage in spontaneous meetups including hikes, lunches, pick-up sports games, and frozen yogurt (affectionately known as bro-yo). While these events help us to become closer, brotherhood is not merely hanging out or attending meeting, it is the feeling of camaraderie and assurance that you always have a network of brothers to rely on, starting the first time you put on the letters of Theta Chi. |
